MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

" Manage the F&I Dept. Options Renewals Programme and provide secretarial support to the Compliance Steering Group, under the direction of the Group F & I Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Options Renewals Programme responsibilities
" Co-ordinate timely (monthly) submissions from sites
" Consolidate them into management reports
" Produce an exception report for late submissions

Compliance Steering Group responsibilities
" Co-ordinate timely (monthly) submissions from finance providers
" Consolidate them into management reports
" Produce an exception report for late submissions
" Attend Dept. meetings* and take minutes

General secretarial duties
" Process Department post & related invoices for payment
" Maintain vacation schedule
" Maintain an accurate filing system
" Carry out Adhoc tasks as assigned

* Attendance likely to be physical if 'on site', or by audio if 'off site'.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING TIME
" Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
" Good analytical skills.  Ability to summarise data concisely.
" Previous secretarial experience at Director level would be preferred.

Job holder is expected to demonstrate:
" Excellent organisation, written communication and literacy skills.
" Ability to work independently with minimal reference to Mgr.
" Track record of confidentiality.
" Awareness of the importance of FSA & Compliance related matters.
