Job Description
Automotive Marketing Administrator required to work for our automotive client based in Essex, South East
Description
Key Roles: Provide WDMO (Worldwide Direct Market Operations) Order Guides and PCV's (Pre configured Vehicles) for European sourced commercial vehicle products for WDMO & Affiliate Markets. Validate MSL (Market Specification Listing) queries arising relating to Commercial Vehicle products. Work with vehicle scheduling, to ensure WDMO orders are correct and buildable. Assist in the preparation of business case documentation (NMPRF New Model Product Request Form/EMPRF Existing Market Product Request Form) to support WDMO's business cases for new product releases in WDMO markets. Handle new model year updates and feed the necessary changes into order guides and PCV's (Pre Configured Vehicles).
Job Requirements
Check daily infeasible order status and resolve any issues arising other key responsibilities. Review Commercial Vehicle product letters and update Order Guide and PCV information to reflect the latest design intent. Update order guides to reflect TVM and other running change actions that affect Commercial Vehicle specifications. Introduce new PCV specifications as required to support incremental business. Sign off on changes to vehicle specifications for new vehicle builds. Support Commercial Vehicle program team PST (Program Steering Team) meetings and represent WDMO interests. Check primary load MSL data provided to ensure accuracy of information - to avoid miss builds. Prepare timing plans for Model Year changes to support balance out and new vehicle builds. Validate vehicle entities for new vehicle builds.
Details Skills Required:
Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point.
Experience Required:
Some engineering background required.
Education Required:
Degree or equivalent.
