Job Description

My client, a successful commercial dealership based in Sheffield, is in search of a experienced service receptionist to join their busy team.

You must have experience working within a similar role, specifically within a commercial dealership

As a key customer-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for� customers in the reception, and therefore�good communication skills are essential.

In this busy and varied role you will be exceptionally organised and be the clients first point of contact within the dealership.

You will be a good team player with excellent, communication skills, along with the ability to sell additional products and services to our customers.

You must be able to liaise with both the clients and workshop. There are various IT Systems and processes in place to assist you in your role, so being computer literate, will be an advantage along with a keen eye for detail to ensure you are accurately recording our customer details. Previous motor trade experience in this role is essential.
