Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen within this exclusive branded main dealership.  Excellent working conditions and professional and friendly staff team.

Greeting all customers on arrival and directing them to the appropriate department and team member.  Dealing with all telephone and e-mail enquiries in an efficient and professional manner.  Taking accurate customer contact and enquiry details and distributing these as appropriate. 

Excellent customer service skills are essential along with proficiency with MS Word, Excel and e-mailing.   Customer facing experience is essential, along with a keen interest in the motor trade and cars generally.  Confident to show customers vehicles and provide sales literature if all members of the sales team are engaged.

This position is worked over a 4-day rolling week to include weekends.   Applicants should also be flexible and willing to assist other departments if necessary.
