A leading automotive retailer is looking to recruit a Bookings Clerk (Customer Appointments Controller) to support the service department at one of their prestige dealerships in Chester.

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

As Bookings Clerk for the service department, you will be responsible for producing a daily appointment diary, taking bookings for service work, scheduling technicians hours, providing work estimates, confirming customer payment methods, raising job cards, promoting other products and services to customers and liaising with the service and parts department on a regular basis.  Your overall objective will be to control and maximise service bookings by identifying customers requirements in a courteous and efficient manner and ensuring high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.

 

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

 

The successful candidate will have experience in the motor trade and preferably a good working knowledge of Kerridge.

You will be presentable with a polite and courteous manner and have experience at developing relationships with manufacturer partners, customers and colleagues.

 

BENEFITS:

£15,000 - £18,000 basic + bonus
