Business Managers
OTE £60,000
Doncaster, South Yorkshire
At the UKs leading Car Supermarket group you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your business acumen on a regular basis each day. As market leader, we generate a considerable footfall and daily purchases to allow you to shine through. You will be computer literate and come from a Sales background and have demonstrated an excellent sales ability.
As a Business Manager you will be able to build rapport with our customers very quickly and to put them at ease. You will have an extremely professional appearance and will be comfortable communicating with our diverse customer base. Your strengths will be in your ability to close a purchase deal, to qualify the customer effectively and to ensure that you make excellent product recommendations to benefit the customer and be able to be compliant to the FSA standards although training will be given to ensure that you are competent and compliant. You will be extremely numerate, well organised and comfortable with making presentations. Your key role will be to increase finance income to the business and to achieve target sales of additional products such as warranty and GAP
You will work a shift rota around our operating hours including weekends and public holidays. In return you will be offered a generous basic salary and commission scheme, Company Pension scheme, company car and 28 days holiday per year.
