Motor Trade Business Manager/Sales Controller Required for Tyne & Wear, North East England. Salary: £20k Basic + £25k Bonus (from Vehicle Proft & F&I Income) + Company Car. The opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic, proactive, and professional Experienced Automotive Business Manager / Sales Controller. As the dealerships Business Manager, you will be responsible for incremental F+I income along with the sales of all other value added products in line with the company KPI's. You will also measure, monitor and manage the enquiry activity into the Dealership and Control the Sales Team and their performance with accurate logging and reporting of figures to senior management. An ability to communicate at all levels and to build outstanding relationships with our customers, and other team members is essential. You must have experience as a Business Manager / Sales Controller to be considered for this position.
