Our client is FTSE 250 Company with over 4000 employees and more than 700,000 current customers across the UK who they have provided a financial agreement to. This excellent opportunity has become available to make a direct impact on the branches profits by the accomplished support of your agents. You will provide direct support to branches to provide agent recruitment needs, Co-ordinate and conduct all agent recruitment methods and selection processes, you will provide the initial induction for all new agents, conduct agent short server and exit interviews and to support accelerating growth. If you can demonstrate that you are highly motivated with an energetic attitude, have the ability to work independently, have knowledge and experience of agent recruitment and selection and operational activities in regards to agency force, have excellent organisation and communication skills and have a basic FSA Level................Please apply asap.
