A leading automotive retailer is seeking a Business Manager / Sales Controller to help drive the business forward at one of their volume dealerships in Oxford.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role of the Business Manager/Sales Controller is key to ensuring that the dealership achieves the new and used vehicle sales that are required, whilst retaining maximum profit and ensuring that proposals meet the customer's needs.

The main challenges within this role are the control of all deals proposed to customers, helping to direct and motivate the sales team and stacking deals and maintaining stock.

You will also be responsible for the accurate completion of all documentation and will liaise with finance companies to achieve the reimbursement of all finance commission and volume bonuses.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate will have volume experience in a main franchise dealership with a settled career.  They will also need to hit the ground running, maintaining customer care and momentum at the site.

BENEFITS:
£15,000 - £20,000 Basic £35,000 - £45,000 OTE
