Our client is one of the UK's leading automotive retail groups. They are currently seeking a Business Manager / Sales Controller to drive the business forward at one of their specialist dealerships in the Oxfordshire area.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The role of the Business Manager/ Sales Controller is key to ensuring that the dealership achieves the vehicle sales that are required, whilst retaining maximum profit and ensuring that proposals meet the customers' needs. The main challenges within this role are the control of all deals proposed to customers and helping to direct the sales team, whilst remaining a key member of it. You will also be responsible for the accurate completion of all documentation and will liaise with finance companies to achieve the reimbursement of all finance commission and volume bonuses.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
To be considered for this vacancy, you will currently be in a similar role in a main dealer franchise.
BENEFITS:
£15,000-£20,000 basic, OTE £40,000 - £45,000 + car
