Job Description

A new vacancy has arisen at an Accounts Assistant to assist the Accounts Team with the day to day running of the highly sought after main department based in Preston.

Your duties will include:-

Credit control.

Purchase ledger reconciliation.

Preparing accurate and timely financial information for the Accountant to produce monthly accounts.

The successful candidate will be:

Commercially aware and have the ability to work strategically.

Able to deliver time-critical work in pressurised situations.

Sensitive but persuasive in dealing with others.

Computer literate and experienced in the use of Excel spreadsheets.

Experienced in Kerridge within Accounts.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
