Sales Controller required for Norfolk based volume dealership, 15k basic + 500p/m bonus on team target + individual com OTE 40k-45k p/a

Based in Norfolk, our client is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Exec to join their team of 4, selling new, used and commercial vehicles to the retail public. This is a volume car dealership with a vast database, so if you are proactive high uncapped earnings can be achieved.

You will have a proven track record in new and used vehicle sales, ideally within a retailer of volume vehicles and be able to sell F & I products, therefore be FSA accredited. This role would ideally suit someone who is looking to take on more responsibility and become the Sales Managers right hand person.

• You will be responsible for selling both new and used vehicles to the retail public
• Ensuring that the Sales Executive achieve their set sales targets
• Liaising and reporting to the Sales Manager for day to day front of house operations
• Responsible for contacting customer via the database/ follow up mail shots to book test drives and present the vehicle features to the customer
  Advise customers on options and costs for add ons such as; Sat Nav, Paint Protection, Parking Sensors etc

You will thrive under pressure and be able to communicate effectively with customers, have a full UK driving license with no more than 6 points (due to our clients insurance policy)
