Busines Manager required for High Volume franchise Dealership

We are pleased to present a superb opportunity to work for a large High Volume franchise dealership

As the dealerships Business Manager, you will be responsible for incremental F+I income along with the sales of Gap, CPI Warranty and other value added products. You will be responsible for FSA compliance and will work with the Sales Manager to ensure the sales process is driven forward with 100% referral.

You should have a proven track record ,with the ability to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, You must have the capability to work successfully under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic person, someone with the ability to converse at all levels and the drive to be a top performer.  As a strong leader you will possess the ability to manage and motivate those around you, driving others to increase their contribution to the business.
