Job Description

This very fast paced dealership are looking for an experienced Business Manager whos role will be to maintain a disciplined approach to the sale of warranty, insurance and finance products and to maximise profitability whilst adhering to strict FSA guidlines. Motivation of the sales team is a key factor in this role. You will also promote the company values and ensure complete customer satisfaction at all times. You will need to have a settled career history as a business manager in the motor industry. You will be confident and well presented with a desire to succeed and the ability to quickly establish and build rapport. You will also possess a clean driving license and be FSA approved.
