This senior and influential role is with an established and forward-thinking motor finance company renowned for its quality and service. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales Manager will be charged with delivering challenging sales targets through a regionally-based sales team of 4 staff and internal sales teams of 9 staff.

The ability to lead from the front, opening and developing new accounts and developing larger accounts, is imperative and the role will collaborate closely with senior colleagues. A key objective will be to establish good relationships with major franchised motor retailers to develop sales in this field.

The need is for an experienced sales professional in the motor finance sector with a proven track record of performance and excellent industry contacts, particularly with major franchised motor retailers. In addition, experience of the successful management and development of a small sales team and excellent communication and negotiating skills are a must.
