Our client is a specialist dealer group. They are seeking an experienced Sales Controller/Business Manager to join one of their dual-franchise dealerships in Warrington.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As Sales Controller you will report directly to the Sales Manager and assist him in overseeing the sales operation of the dealership. You will also be responsible for the sale of Finance and Insurance products to customers in line with budgeted objectives, ensuring the prompt payment of finance documentation.
You will be responsible for maximising profitability per unit sales, exploring sales opportunities and managing all sales enquiries. You will help direct and motivate a sales team whilst implementing effective sales plans, advising customers of finance and insurance products and services, monitoring payments, managing finance agreements, working to meet and exceed sales targets and ensuring the whole sales experience is delivered to every customer.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate will inspire and motivate a sales team, ensuring they remain totally customer-focused and offer a good customer service practice. You should be an established motor trade sales professional with a settled career history. You must also be FSA approved
