Finance & Insurance/ Business Manager Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire- 17k + com + car OTE 45k

This opportunity exists for an ambitious and professional individual who is talented, forward thinking and committed to excellence. Our client, a franchised volume car dealership in Hertfordshire, is looking for a driven performer within the Finance and Insurance sector of the Retail Motor industry.

You will have a proven track record and be able to demonstrate a highly developed sales ability within the franchised car dealer network, excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding commitment and drive with an enthusiasm for team working. You also will have excellent customer care skills and will work closely with the Retail New & Used Car Sales Executives to follow up customers ensuring that they are happy with their purchase. The company are looking to achieve a 50% finance penetration rate

This role would suite someone with extensive car sales experience, who has been in a Business/F & I Managers role.
