We are looking to attract a Customer Service Advisor to join an established friendly team within modern open plan offices at Honda Finance Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity that incorporates the management of New Business through relationship building with customers and dealers, as well as ensuring existing customers receive exceptional service at all times.
You will be contributing towards the achievement of Service Level Agreements, problem solving, handling customer enquiries and processing new business applications.

Experience within Customer Services is essential as is the ability to remain calm under pressure, take ownership of the role and provide an exceptional level of service at all times. You should be self motivated, methodical and well organised with a passion for pleasing customers, exceeding expectations and a natural ability to forge strong relationships. You will be able to communicate effectively at all levels, enjoy a challenge and be prepared to give a high level of commitment which in turn will lead to long term career development opportunities.
