WARRANTY FIELD SALES MANAGER M25 & EAST MIDLANDS REGION    £32K OTE+Benefits

This is a home based role working in a team of 5 covering an area of the London area/M25, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex with approximately 60 dealers

Objective
o To service and build professional relationships with all relevant car dealers within a defined territory, in order to maximise warranty sales and optimise warranty service levels
o To achieve agreed and budgeted annual objectives.

Main Duties

o Secure total Dealer network support
o Increase Warranty sales volume
o Dealer Warranty training
o Monitor and control Dealer claims rates
o Assist in the development of Warranty sales incentive programme
o Gather and relay accurate competitor activity within the designated territory.
o To intervene as appropriate in "goodwill" matters in order to resolve dealer or customer concerns.
o Gather and relay relevant dealer feedback regarding the structure and operation of the clients Warranty Services
o Assist the client in the "policing" of their Approved Used Car Programme through audits every trimester of dealers' sales files and used car stock. Ensure continuous improvement of audit performance through structured and targeted training.
o To actively carry out annual staff appraisals and regular objective review meetings for the team.

As this is a home based role, applicants must be able to demonstrate self-motivation and excellent time management and have Field Sales experience in the motor trade with knowledge of F&I / warranty retail experience and a Proven track record in growing business. First interviews take place 6th November.
