With the impact the chassis has on the braking, ride, handling and agility of a vehicle, it's essential that we get it exactly right. The Chassis Engineering team work on the suspension, sub-frames, engine mounts, brakes, steering, wheels and tyres, honing every component until it functions perfectly.

As an experienced CAE Engineer you'll enjoy crucial responsibilities for chassis system and component analysis across a range of both Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles. As a Loads Analyst or Finite Element Analysis engineer, you will work closely with design and development engineers on a stimulating variety of projects from conception through to production, creating computer simulations that support the optimisation of various key such as strength, stiffness, fatigue life and vibration.

Qualified to degree level in a relevant discipline, you are a skilled CAE specialist with experience of multi body system analysis, linear and non-linear FEA, model correlation and test data collection - ideally gained within the automotive industry. Good teamwork is vital, as we regularly consult each other and share ideas, so you'll need excellent communication skills. You are driven, adaptable, and proficient in the use of analysis tools. Producing a premium product is rewarding work, and you'll make a real difference to the customer's driving experience.
