Our client who is renowned for providing professional Commercial Vehicle fleet management services and contract hire are about to enter a new and exciting phase of their development. To date the business has grown largely as a result of repeat business gained through delivering exceptionally high levels of support provided to their already well established customer base. With the new plans in place the company is now ready to appoint a Sales Support executive who will report directly to ADMINISTRATOR the Sales and Marketing Director.
SALES SUPPORT
The Role: - Managing the customer contact and customer information is vital to the overall success of the sales effort. The Sales Support Executive, based permanently at head office in Stoke on Trent the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring continuity between the sales team, customers and potential customers by database management and lead generation by personal contact.
The Person: - Probably with a Commercial Vehicle or Capital Equipment sales background; a well organised and structured person, accomplished in the art of communication, appointment making and/or customer contact by phone. You will be a team player who is self motivated and able to motivate others. Computer skills and particularly data base management experience are highly desirable together with keen attention to detail.
