My prestige client is currently recruiting for Sales Controller/F&I Business Manager to achieve and exceed all sales objectives whilst supporting the Sales Manager in developing a professional, motivated and efficient Sales Team.

You will work closely with the Sales Manager to formulate and implement policies and procedures to achieve maximum profitability from vehicle, finance insurance and accessory sales. You therefore will be an effective communicator who is methodical and creative, keeping up to date with industry standards and market demands.

Coaching and developing sales executives to excel in their role, you will assist in leading the team to ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction are paramount at all times. You will understand and demonstrate the importance of team-work as you lead by example. It is therefore desirable that you have had previous team leading/supervisory experience.

It is essential that you have 3 years previous car sales experience gained in a professional and credible environment. You will be an excellent negotiator with strong influencing skills and the desire to continually and consistently deliver results in line best practice and Company standards. You will be able to demonstrate good business acumen and it is desirable that you have experience of Finance and Insurance processes and legislation.
