Brand Manager /General Manager £40-45k Basic - £70k+ OTE (phone number removed) Bristol

This critical leadership position requires an individual who can generate impressive results by increasing sales, managing aftersales and ensuring the efficiency of the dealership. Your key challenges will be to lead, coach and develop the team to achieve the strategic objectives of the company and exceed the planned profitability of your dealership.

You must have a proven track record working with new & used cars. Be able to demonstrate a highly developed sales ability and possess excellent interpersonal skills with drive and enthusiasm. The position requires a 'hands on' approach to Leadership with a willingness to become closely involved with customers. This presents a very exciting and demanding role and would suit either an experienced Dealer Principal looking for a change in role or an experienced Sales Leader looking to take the next step to leading his/her own business.
