Sales Manager £30 - 50k (phone number removed) Slough

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a focussed and motivated Sales Manager seeking a challenge involving the highest levels of achievement.

The role requires an individual with the ability to lead by example, coaching and developing staff as you go, to achieve excellent results against plan in terms of profitability, quality and customer service.

Working within the environment of new and used cars, ultimately, the client is looking for someone to take sole responsibility for the used Sales Department and drive it forward in every area. With this in mind, the ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years supervisory Sales management experience in the same or similar role, with a proven ability to organise and direct others.
