Job Description

Large franchise business requires an Aftersales Manager to manage a customer-oriented service and parts business ensuring profitability and growth are achieved in line with the aftersales business plan.  You would need to give a high level of customer service and satisfaction, controlling and monitoring processes in customer service areas ensuring all objectives are met in achieving franchise contract agreements and encourage and actively promote a team environment. You would be responsible for agreeing targets and planning concepts for service and parts, ensure effective communication process is in place to engage in managing, coaching and motivating employees by fostering a team development together with employees development goals and agreeing means of achieving these as part of HR development.  You would be required to cost control daily expenditure, overtime, productivity and performance levels.  Maintaining upkeep of premises and equipment and monitoring compliance of all H and S regulations is also part of the job description.  Please contact Sylvie on (phone number removed) or (phone number removed) for more details.
