Job Description

Franchise business looking for an experienced Controller/Estimator to work in an 8 productive workshop. You would need to deliver the highest possible standard of workmanship and ensure all work is completed on time and to customer satisfaction.  You would be required to carry out estimates in line with Audatex, ensure efficient use if made of materials, equipment and labour resources and cosntrol, supervise and educate staff in the proper use of equipment and resources.  Importantly, planning the optimum utilisation of workshop capacity in cooperation with the Manager and staff.  You would also be required to ensure cleanliness in the work place, deal with customers and ensure the Productives are up to speed with any new developments or technical data.
