Bodyshop Manager Req for Busy Dealer in North Yorkshire

Salary: £25K to £30K + Exc OTE+Car+Pension+Healthcare
Location: Yorkshire
This well established group Bodyshop is looking to recruit a highly experienced Bodyshop Manager with good ‘hands-on’ experience coupled with the skills and desire to drive the business forward.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for delegating workloads to staff, ensuring the Bodyshop is at full capacity and that deadlines and targets are achieved, whilst maintaining a high quality service to the customer.
Our client is looking for somebody who is not afraid to get their ‘hands dirty’ and who is experienced in operating a Bodyshop delivering a circa of (phone number removed) hours per year. You must have the minimum of 2-3 management experience, be proactive with excellent man management skills, and computer literate.
