Our client is one of the UK's most reputable franchised car dealer groups and is currently recruiting for a forward thinking, driven and passionate Bodyshop Manager.

You will be currently working in either a non franchised or franchised bodyshop as a site responsible manager, be used to dealing with insurance companies, manage a team of paint speyers, panel beaters, fitter/strippers etc

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the Bodyshop department.  Establish operating policies and standards to achieve both high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability.  Control stocks and assets commensurate with profit requirements and enhanced customer relations.  Maximise departmental profitability through the sale of labour and associated products through the department.

You will be responsible for driving a department consisting of 12 staff you will be process driven and be looking to make a name for yourself within the motor industry by developing and building this operation.
