Bodyshop Advisor-for successful Prestige Bodyshop – North London
Salary: £20,000-£25,000 Basic + OTE £30,000 + Superb Prospects
Location: North London

This well established and highly successful prestige Bodyshop in North London is looking Bodyshop Advisor with 3 – 4 years bodyshop experience to work at different dealerships to sell the service of the bodyshop. The use of the Kerridge system would be desirable.
It is essential that you have a driving license and it would be preferable if you had estimating experience not essential.

Duties include:
• Maximise body repair sales and profitability by using professional estimating and sales techniques
• To initiate or follow up the contract with the customer to ensure the professional conversion of the prospect
• To create customer confidence in the company by ensuring a professional performance
• To turn observed damage into a comprehensive and coherent set of written or typed instructions
• To calculate a monetary value for the repair in accordance with professional estimating techniques
• To maximise the number of body repair bookings, particularly in the light of pressure from insurers to steer customers elsewhere
• To ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction at all times in accordance with company policy
• To build relationships with all stockholders
• To resolve issues or problems that may arise, displaying professionalism and courtesy at all times

You must have a minimum of at least two years experience working within a customer focused environment within the motor industry and the ability to work under pressure whilst providing a first class service. As well as the relevant experience, excellent communication and an immaculate presentation are essential requirements for this position.
