Job Description

The Latrobe Valley's leading crash repair shop needs a supervisor to oversee a three-oven shop.
You will need to have at least 10 years of experience in general smash repairs including welding and aligning
Auto Robot experience is an advantage.
You will need to be quick and accurate at quoting (after a familiarisation period).
Our client is willing to sponsor a suitable candidate (and their immediate family) for a 457 skilled temporary working visa with the expectation that you will apply for permanent residency in the future.
Traralgon is the regional centre of Victoria's beautiful Latrobe Valley, an hour and a half's drive east of Melbourne.

A normal working week consists of 40 hours, including 2 hours of overtime.
Weekends are usually free to enjoy the great lifestyle on offer.
Wages are dependent on experience, but the shop has a reputation for paying well for a job well done, and there is a low staff turnover.
Occupational health and safety are a high priority, and all work is completed to the highest standards.
