Job Description

Position: Bodyshop Fitter required for a Prestigious Motor Trade company based in Herts Salary: £10ph - £11ph + Overtime + Excellent Benefits Reg no: jb 35560 Our Client is seeking to recruit 2 experienced Bodyshop Fitters for their site in Hatfield . The company offer an excellent salary for the right employee. You need to be a team player, able to work to deadlines, coupled with the ability to use your own initiative. Duties: tTo strip out any items that are damaged; tTo report any additional/further damage not on the estimate; tTo remove any item that obstructs repair; tTo ensure all new parts are fitted to the vehicle after panel and paint has been completed; tTo keep working area in a clean and safe condition, dispose of displaced material, fluids, tpackaging etc. into receptacles provided; tTo quality control own work and highlight problems to the Charge hand or Body Shop tForeman; tTo keep abreast of improvements and techniques and to ensure all aspects of work meet tdepartmental quality standards and raise any concerns with Charge hand or Body Shop tForeman; tTo ensure the correct completion of all job related documentation (job cards, parts orders, tlogbooks etc.) including job write-ups; tTo ensure all job cards and documentation applies to manufacturer's procedures; tTo possess self-awareness of COSHH and general health and safety; tTo ensure all time recording of attendance and time on jobs are correctly recorded; tTo attend and participate in such training courses as deemed necessary; If you have the right skills and are a team player, happy to work to deadlines but also a self motivated then send your details/CV to us today.
