Our client is looking to recruit an Experienced Motor Trade Service Advisor in the West Yorkshire area.

You will be involved in dealing with customers in a professional manner both face to face and on the telephone, being courteous and attentive at all times. Main duties will include booking vehicles in for Service or repair, obtaining authority from leasing companies and customers for work required, keeping the customer informed of the progress of their vehicle, taking cash/credit card payments and finalising the invoice on completion.
You must have excellent communication skills, be smart in appearance, and be able to work well under pressure in a busy environment. Motor Trade experience is required for this position.
