Business Manager for Prominant Motor Car Dealership-Ipswich Ref: DD35286 Salary: £20,000 Basic OTE £40,000 + Car Location – Ipswich This is an exciting opportunity not to be missed!!!! One of our most reputable clients based in the Ipwich area is currently looking to recruit an experienced Business Manager with a minimum of 3 years + main dealership experience with a proven track record as a Business Manager to join their already successful team, coupled with knowledge of finance and value added products and knowledge of Finance & Leasing and Industry Legislation and the ability to demonstrate excellent sales techniques. As a member of the Dealership management team your role will be to ensure that the dealership achieves the vehicle sales, whilst retaining maximum profit and ensuring that proposals meet the customers' needs. You will also be responsible for the accurate completion of all documentation and will liaise with finance companies to achieve the reimbursement of all finance commission and volume bonuses. Responsible for the control, and maintenance of FSA adherence, supporting the team to ensure the business meets its profit and targets. Maximising profitability per unit sales, exploring opportunities and managing all enquiries, ensuring accurate completion of all documentation, liaising with the finance companies to achieve the reimbursement of all finance commission and volume bonuses. Liaising between the Sales Executive and Clients to ensure excellent customer service levels are maintained at all times. Responsible for providing business reports for the Management and to Dealership management. In conjunction with the management team you will have responsibility for developing marketing opportunities for financial services products, maintain relationships with other finance companies. Represents the company at dealership marketing events, and responsible for chairing on-site meetings related to financial services and related products. The successful candidate must have good solid work history with a proven and solid work history as a Business Manager. Must be fully committed and loyal, have a good standard of qualifications and it would be advantageous to be FSA accredited.
