Job Description

We are looking for an individual to join us to manage the maintenance of our multi functional vehicle fleet at our Operations Centre in Neath. Ensuring the day-to-day activities of this busy vehicle workshop are carried out in the most safe, efficient and cost effective manner.

You must be a team player, self motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must be able to demonstrate good analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to plan and control your own work and that of others.

With a certificate of Motor Vehicle Engineering, you will already have proven supervisory experience gained in a fast-moving commercial fleet workshop. First-rate communication and planning skills are also essential, together with a National CPC and a C&E Driving Licence.
