Job Description

Diesel Mechanics/Commercial Technicians/ HGV Mechanics for fleet services company in West London area. Reg: 32295 Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 plus bonus and Over Time with OTE £40,000 +Superb Prospects We are recruiting highly skilled qualified Commercial Technicians for a large and well established fleet services group based in the West London area. Excellent salary plus bonus/travel time alloweance and OT with on target earnings up to £40000 A good commercial background is essential, also be able to work on your own initiative without supervision. You must be qualified and have your own tools and MUST have a HGV License. Duties and Responsibilities: Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on all makes of vehicle including trailers to the Ministry of Transport standard. The ability to diagnose and rectify all types of faults Availability to attend road-side breakdowns as and when required To report all incidents (i.e. broken tools) to the workshop foreman Service, adjust and repair vehicles or components using the necessary equipment and tools in a proper and safe manner Examine vehicles completely and report orally and in writing upon the condition, roadworthiness and safety To ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality You must be resident in the UK at time of this advertisement and hold any necessary work permits.
