AUTOMOTIVE MASTER TECHNICIAN, SW LONDON, 30K BASIC OTE 35K

Our client is a hugely successful group who are looking for a ATA qualified Master Technician to lead their team who provide excellent diagnostic and repair services.

You will train, coach and develop the team members ensuring skill levels and full awareness of technology is at the highest standards. You will need good communication skills to deal with customers directly on any long term vehicle concerns, ensuring that all work is carried out and that follow ups are done until issues are resolved.

You must be able to keep up to date with manufacturer information, attended appropriate courses and identify training needs in your team. You will liaise with the Workshop Controller on staff coverage and make sure that all health and safety requirements are adhered to.

You must provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK and only suitable candidates will be contacted.
