A national automotive retail group is seeking a Service Advisor for one of their specialist sites in Liverpool.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, the Service Advisor is a crucial member of the dealerships service team. You will be the first point of contact for service customers and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient booking and servicing of customer vehicles. Duties will include loading the workshop to utilise technicians hours, taking payments from customers, upselling products and services, as well as ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Your overall objective will be for the maximisation of service sales and profitability ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and efficiency at all times.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
You will be presentable, with a polite and courteous manner, and experienced at developing relationships with customers and colleagues. This position is ideally suited to an individual with exceptional communication and organisational skills who has the ability and confidence to upsell additional products and services to customers and is computer literate. Recent experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership is essential.
