Job Description

Our client, a large prestige dealership requires an experienced Service team Manager for it's busy Service Department. Working both face to face and over the telephone you will provide first class customer service as well as liaising with there Technician team in their busy workshop. Duties include; Booking-in, day to day runing of the service department arranging courtersy cars, gaining authorisation, progression reports and invoicing.
