Job Description

Large workshop requiring an experienced man manager to manage this department.  You should be a strong leader and able to manage people who have been with the business some while as they need coaching and guidance.  You should have excellent systems and processes in place and have an understanding of Kerridge.  This person would need to be customer focussed both on quality of work and fulfilling promises made to customers.  You should also be able to interpret the KPIs and monitoring weeknesses within the department and able to put in place programmes to overcome these and develop your team.  Please contact Sylvie on (phone number removed) or (phone number removed)
