Job Description

Our client is FTSE 250 Company with over 4000 employees and more than 700,000 current customers across the UK who they have provided car finance to through one of their 12 retail outlets nationwide. This role involves the liaising between customers, branches and garages to resolve amicably any and all customer complaints, to act as a go between customers, garages and warranty companies to facilitate the prompt authorisation and payment of warranty invoices. To adhere to the companies complaint handling process. To update Customers at all times as to the status of their complaint or query and all complaints are logged on the respond system. To ensure all After-sales and Preparation invoices are checked in line with agreed costs prior to any authorisations for payments.
