Sponsorship Sales Executive Surrey Role Purpose To manage relationships with the current brand and the growth of the existing business opportunity To identify and secure new "Title Sponsors" To identify and secure sponsers for the full range of calendarised events Day to day account management of all sponsers ensuring maxium value for both parties is consistently delivered Success will be measured through new business development and the achievement of significant revenue growth Key Accountabilities Part of the marketing team maintaining and growing existing partnerships Identify and approach potential new sponsoship partners Research potential new partners tailoring the most effective sales approach Design, develop and sell tiered sponsorship packages Define and agree an ongoing target list of potential sponsors to approach Produce tailored presentations/ sales aids for each sponsorship sales opportunity Neogotiate with defined target list of potential sponsors via e-mail, phone and face to face To secure sponsorship revenues in line with business/ event objectives and manage the sponsorship P&L budget Liaise with all internal departments and agency suppliers to coordinate successful implementation of each sponsorship rights To implement each sponsors rights and account manage the relationship to ensure maximum value for their investment Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience Self motivated with a minimum of 2 years proven sponsorship sales experience Strong negotiation, influencing and closing skills Results driven Excellent strategy development, commercial awareness and presentation skills Broad understanding of key business drivers across a vast range of industry sectors Creative and dynamic approach with high energy levels Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to communicate at all levels Team player, with the ability to work collaboratively towards shared business goals To apply or for more information please email your CV to (email address removed) or call (phone number removed) HCP International Ltd is committed to equal opportunities and actively seeks applications from all sectors of the community irrespective of gender, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, having responsibility for dependents, age, religion/beliefs, or any other reason which cannot be shown to be justified.
