WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR, SW LONDON, 23K PLUS BONUS

Top motor dealership seeks an experienced warranty administrator to deal with the accurate submission of warranty and goodwill claims and also regularly produce reports and ensure all the functions in the department are carried out effectively.

You will have extensive liaisons with the Line Manager on reviewing the reporting systems and with the manufacturer and customers on policy matters. You will need first class communication skills, good organizational ability to keep accurate records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections and ensure that front line staff complete documentation properly. Some experience in a similar role from within a main dealer is absolutely essential.
