Sales Administrator for Leading Commercial Motor Trade Dealership In South East London

Location: South East London/Surrey
Leading Commercial franchise based in South East London is looking for an experienced professional, enthusiastic and energetic Sales Administrator with the ability to juggle various tasks at once in a fast paced Sales Administration Department. You must have at least 1-2 years recent Commercial /Fleet Sales Administration experience working within a main franchised dealership.
Your main responsibilities will include providing a vital link between fleet sales and sales administration, keep accurate records of all fleet orders, organise vehicle deliveries, and assist customers with order update information, processing customer orders using our computer system.
Your duties will include:
• Application for and retrieval of, Tender documents for future submission
• Completion of Tender documents to high presentational standards under the supervision of the Municipal Sales Manager
• Liaising with Company Sales Administrators/Workshop staff and external Bodybuilders/suppliers as to vehicle ordering/progress and status
• Monitoring whether vehicle build schedules are on target
• Handing over finished vehicles to customers
• Discussing and arranging payment from customers
• Maintain current Municipal Customer database, in conjunction with assisting in growing the level of new/target customers.
• Assist manager in achieving profitability within the department, via a designated budget.
• Arrange Schedules/Reports for presentation
• Maintaining/updating the vehicle supply register
