My client, a dealer of prestige motor vehicles has an immediate vacancy for an experienced Marketing Manager. Duties/Responsibilities: All aspects of sales & marketing mix to achieve sales, profit and brand growth. Maximize revenue and market share through strategic sales & marketing plans. Created strategic & tactical campaigns and managed annual marketing budget. Lead the development and deployment of promotional activities. Authorized and tracked spending within approved budget. Product management, positioning, pricing & communication strategy. Preparing reviews & performance reports in all areas of dealers operation and identifying their training needs. Developed strategies for penetrating into new customer segments & profitability for the brand. Product launches, motor shows, road shows, sponsorships and press events. Competitor analysis & marketing research to develop effective strategy and direction. Implemented and managed range of direct marketing, database and customer relationship management (CRM), E-marketing and websites activities. Ensure compliance of CI standards at the dealerships. Liaison with manufacturer's regional and international sales & marketing team to implement business strategies. Represent the distributor for all marketing/advertising, sales planning/target agreement meetings, annual distributor conferences and workshops organized by the automotive principals. Directly supervise and manage marketing support team.
