A new role has arisen within this market leading automotive retailer for a Aftersales Manager to join the team due to expansion. You will be part of the Senior Management Team and be in hands on in approach.

You will be responsible for maximising sales and profit opportunities through the delivery of the Aftersales strategy.  To exceed customer expectations at all times. To work with the manufacturing partner to ensure that all standards and processes are adhered to in line with franchise contract arrangements.

 Implement the  Aftersales strategy and develop appropriate business plans, in consultation with appropriate parties
 Responsible for the Aftersales performance within the delearship and for delivery of the business plan
 Ensure the Aftersales Department within the dealership operates in line with the manufacturers standards and processes
 Update and improve product knowledge and competitor awareness in order to increase opportunity for sales
 Maximise customer referral and retention as measured by referral rates, CSI and customer complaints
 Ensure local and Trade Associations policies, procedures and minimum standards are met and that all statutory requirements including trading standards, data protection, vehicle and consumer legislation, fire, health and safety etc, are adhered to
 Identify best practice systems and processes and establish consistent implementation and application
 Establish reporting mechanisms to accurately monitor drivers of Aftersales KPIs
