GROUP GENERAL MANAGER ASIA £Six Figure Package Car Importer & Distributor HCP INTERNATIONAL Our Client is one of Asia's foremost automotive groups. They are the importers and distributors of over fifteen automotive brands and have additional business interests outside of Asia. Due to phenomenal growth they are seeking a professional Group General Manager. -A senior Group General Manager from a regional or PLC background is sought who has multi-site responsibility to head-up seven dealership operations throughout the region; you will have at least 5 years experience at this level with very strong financial, planning, people and development skills. This is a strategic management position rather than a hands-on position; as such you will sit on the Board and report directly to the Managing Director. -As the Group General Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term customer/manufacturer relationships and earning the role as a trusted advisor, looking to achieve revenue and profitability targets, whilst exhibiting the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethics. -All preparation of relevant information regarding the role and culture of the Country is readily available and will be thoroughly explained prior to first meetings and preliminary visits with each individual selected.
