GENERAL MANAGER, MERCANTILE DIVISION - MIDDLE EAST - c£120k Tax Free + benefits
Highly respected family owned group of companies, incorporating an extensive automotive division which holds the franchises for many reputed international brands. The automotive division has an established Mercantile Division of some 25+ brands and with over two-hundred staff this operation|amp;#39;s annual turnover exceeds £20M.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the position of General Manager-Mercantile Division is a pivotal role with full P&L responsibility for the following operations: -
-Vehicle Leasing
-Used Vehicles & Outlets
-Tyre Import & Supply
-Vehicle Interior & Exterior Protection Systems (Tinting, Paint & Fabric Protection, Rust Protection & Professional Detailing)
-Garage Equipment
-Auto Paint Operation
Our ideal candidate will be a financially astute entrepreneur with excellent people and business development skills, as such you will: -
-Implement and manage core values of customer care and retention
-Introduce and manage policies and procedures for operations, cost control and performance management.
-Ensure market leadership and quality delivery to all areas.
-Directly manage existing supplier and international partner relationships.
