We are currently recruiting for a Volvo Truck & Bus Aftersales Manager for their operation in the Middle East. The current operation has 12 bays with approximately 46 staff including 11 productive technicians and 3 apprentices. The company is currently undergoing an expansion in all areas of the Automotive business and the Truck depot will be expanded into an 18 bay Workshop in the Capital. Outside of the capitol the Company are also redeveloping and building 2 new Truck & Bus sites in the regions which will also have 12+ bays. As such you will be heavily involved in the construction and design of the new and the redeveloped site. Duties & Responsibilities: Development of the expanding sites Design and development of a brand new workshop in the Regions Liaison between the manufacturers and the sites, ensuring that dealers are standardised and meet the manufacturers standards. Development of the retail side of the business by winning Maintenance Contracts. Once the new sites are up and running you will be responsible for overseeing all 3 sites on a regular basis. Requirements: Minimum 5 years Volvo Truck Experience in an Aftersales Development role Candidate aged 35-45
