AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE TEAM LEADER, ALDERSHOT 25K BASIC REALISTIC OTE 35K

A strong team leader is needed to guide the current service advisors in the role for this large dealership and this is an excellent opportunity to step up and cut your teeth into management and this job would also suit a Workshop Controller who wants to look after a small team and help with providing excellent customer service.

This is a hands-on post and requires someone able to spot problems and come up with solutions to them. Great communication and organisational skills are needed to prioritise customer duties and ensure excellence in customer care.
