European Trade Programme Manager Automotive Replacement Parts
Midlands / Central England
Circa Neg £40 - 45K Est + Benefits Package

The Client

Our client is one of the worlds largest manufacturers of agricultural equipment, predominately agricultural automotive machinery and agricultural vehicles. Their Trade Parts Programme focuses on the 3 core brands. Within Europe the group promote their business across 4 key markets, the UK, France, Spain and Eire.
To manage and aid the development of the European market place, our client requires a professional and dedicated Project / Trade Programme Manager able to demonstrate an excellent track record within the automotive / replacement parts business.

The Role

Primary Responsibilities

* Overall development and project management of our clients Trade Programme across 4 markets (UK, France, Spain and Eire)

* Project ownership including achievement of KPIs detailed in the contract / SLA s

* Development and maintenance of a project plan agreed with our clients management

* Central point of contact for all activity including creative marketing teams.

* Provision of support as required to Iocal market management teams

* Day to day client liaison activity

Key Areas:

* Adherence to timing and quality of delivery of the implementation contained within the project plan.

* Management of central / market budgets

* Communication, reporting and monitoring the  progress of implementation to the client management team
  
* Development and documentation of implementation procedures / processes associated with the programme

* Ensure a professional, added value image is represented at all times on behalf of our clients business.

The Candidate

Person Specification
* Overall development and project management of our clients Trade Programme across 4 markets (UK, France, Spain and Eire)
Education
* Degree or equivalent qualification
Experience
* Detailed knowledge of automotive parts trade programmes
* Experience of working in European markets desirable
* Likely to include a background of working for a major franchised dealer group, vehicle manufacturer or OE parts manufacturer / distributor

Capabilities
* Aptitude for project management
* Demonstrable ability to effect change through influencing skills
* Financial awareness, able to formulate and explain business case justifications
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and process skills
* Self sufficient, self starter
* PC literate (MS Office Word / Excel / PowerPoint / MapPoint)
* Foreign language skills desirable (French / Spanish)

Additional Comments
* Field based role significant European travel requirements including overnight away from home  flexibility essential
